2. Use of Storage Units
2.1. Eligibility
- Clients must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid identification is required for all rentals.
- Storage facilities are for lawful purposes only.
2.2. Storage Restrictions
You may not store:
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable goods
- Illegal items
- Items that infringe intellectual property laws
3. Payment Terms
Rentals are billed monthly in advance. Payment methods include credit/debit cards and direct bank transfers. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Access to Units
Clients have 24/7 access to their storage units. Ensure you safeguard your access keys or codes, as London Storage is not responsible for lost or stolen access devices.
5. Liability and Insurance
While we take measures to secure your belongings, London Storage is not liable for loss or damage unless caused by our negligence. We recommend obtaining insurance for valuable items.
6. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited in our storage facilities:
- Explosives and flammable materials
- Weapons and ammunition
- Illegal substances
- Live animals
7. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the rental agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, all items must be removed by the specified date, or additional storage fees may apply.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the matter will be settled under the jurisdiction of London courts.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal actions will be conducted within this legal framework.
